Land Training

  • All swimmers must stretch for at least 10/15 minutes after all pm sessions.
  • All swimmers in Performance 1 must skip amd use stretch cords at am sessions - between 5:10 and 5:25 to be ready for pool sessions at 5:40.
  • All swimmers in Performance 2/3 must skip and use stretch cords at am sessions - between 5:25 and 5:40 to be ready for pool sessions at 5:45.
  • Land training and strech facitity is still available at Stretford pm sessions but will be done straight after training 6:35-7:00 on pool side. Swimmers will have their own stretching sheets.
  • All swimmers must record sessions on their own white boards.
  • Performance 3 swimmers must record times on their boards for information into their Log Books.
  • Swimmers must wear their Swim Trafford hats for training, and during competitions full uniform must be worn on pool side and also for presentations.
