Four of Swim Trafford’s swimmers competed in the North West Region Youth Championships, which was held at the new 50m pool in Liverpool.

Michael Holstein won 2 bronze medals for the 100m f/s and 50m fly and  won silver for the 50m f/s.
Matthew Parks won 2 bronze medals for the 100m f/s and 400m f/s and  won silver for the 200m f/s.
Michelle Wareing came 4th in the 50m Bk and James Walker won gold for the 1500m f/s and came 5th in the 400m f/s.

These 4 swimmers gained enough points to ensure Swim Trafford came 11th out of 30 clubs, which were competing.
