North West Region Youth Championships

A record 10 National Qualifying Times were achieved in the recent North West Region Youth Championships held at the Aquatic Centre.
Darije Custovic came 3rd in the 50m F/s and gained his National Qualifying time. Michael Holstein came 4th in both 100m and 50m F/s and gained his national Qualifying time for the 50m F/s. James Guy came 8th in the 200m fly and 400m I.M and gained his National Qualifying time in the 400m F/s.  Mat Parks came 7th in the 800m F/s, 8th in the 200m F/s and 2nd in the 200m I.M and gained National Qualifying times in all.  James Walker came 3rd in the 1500m F/s and Lucy Grainge gained her National Qualifying times in the 800m and 1500m F/s and Michelle Wareing came 6th in the 50m backstroke.
