Swim Trafford once again excelled in the recent Lancashire County Championships and Age Group meet and came away with 3 National Qualifying times, 17 gold medals and 167 personal best times.

James Guy won 3 gold and 2 silver, Rhushub Bidd won 2 silver, Matthew Parks won 7 gold, 2 silver and 1 bronze, James Walker won 1gold and 1 silver, Daniel Walsh won 1 gold and 2 silver, Daniel Crosby won 2 gold, 1 silver 1 bronze, Joseph Wareing won 1 silver, Darije Custovic won 2 silver, Michael Holstein won 2 bronze and Ben Kerry won 1 bronze medal.
Michelle Wareing won 3 silver, Lauren Pye won 2 gold, Heather Lawson won 1 bronze and Lucy Grainge won 1 bronze medal.

The three swimmers who achieved national qualifying times were Daniel Crosby, (800m freestyle) Lucy Grainge (100m Freestyle) and Michael Holstein (100m freestyle).

 Both Matthew Parks and Daniel Walsh came 2nd in the Bagcats.
